Collegetown Court, 208 Dryden Road, was built in 1985. It is a modern five-story apartment building in central Collegetown, located one block from Cornell. This building is popular with all types of students, and has a mix of graduate and undergraduate students. There are many adjacent shops and restaurants. Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a brand-new fitness room, located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry, located on the second floor.</p> <p>This four person apartment is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The carpeted living room is furnished with a sofa, arm chair, and a coffee table. There is also a 50' mounted flat screen TV and A/C unit in the living room. All of the bedrooms have a full sized bed, desk, dresser and a bookcase. All of the rooms have large bright windows. Room 1 faces north, rooms 3 and 4 face west, and room 2 has two windows that face north and west. Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
