The house is only a 1-3 minute walk from restaurants and shops, along with the business, law, and engineering schools. The room itself has large windows that let in lots of natural light and comes furnished with a bed, desk, bookcase, lamps, and a dresser. There is an additional closet with plenty of room 9sq feet. The bathroom is right next door, and downstairs, there is a kitchen and a lounge.
