This building is popular with all types of students, and has a mix of graduate and undergraduate students. There are many adjacent shops and restaurants. Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a fitness room located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry located on the second floor.
Each 4-bedroom 1-bath apartment features a modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric oven and stove. The carpeted living room is furnished with a small sofa, arm chair, coffee table, and a dining table and chairs. There is also an A/C unit in the living room and a 50" mounted flat screen TV for tenants' enjoyment. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. The large windows in each room fill the apartment with bright natural light.
Collegetown Court has two different styles of 4-bedroom apartments: the "-01" style and the "-04" style.
Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat, hot water, and trash removal. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
