The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has a remodeled eat-in kitchen. There are laundry facilities in the building. The house sits on a quiet, woodsy street a five minute walk to Collegetown. The house is cool in the summer/warm in the winter. Each apartment has its own thermostat and controls its heat.
