The historic neighborhood is walkable, with good coffee shops and the main bus stop nearby, making it very convenient. (The trip to Cornell University (Goldwyn Smith Hall) takes about 15 minutes by 32 bus, To Ithaca College it's 17 minutes by the 11 bus. Wegman's grocery store is a 13 minute walk or 11 minute bus ride on route 15.) Tenants pay all utilities and arrange for internet. Tenants are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalks. The entire apartment rents for $2100. The application process includes a standard background check, landlord references, and proof of combined monthly income 2.5x the amount of rent. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Pets, other than uninsurable breeds of dog, are negotiable--I will want to speak to your vet.
