One-half block to #10 bus stop. $2,500 rent includes all utilities and services, including recycling, snow removal, and lawn work. Tenants pay for Internet, TV, and trash tags. Owners live on the first floor and are responsible landlords who are respectful of your privacy. A walk-up attic provides ample storage. A laundry, located in the cellar, may be used by arrangement. One or two parking spaces for the apartment are included in the rent. The lease starts Aug. 15, 2025, for one year. We may consider an 11.5-month lease ending July 31, 2026.
