We follow the same process with everybody, which is to ask interested parties to first fill out a basic application (there is no fee for this). After filling out the application, we are available to show the property. If you would like to move forward, we will check employment and references and do a credit check ($30 fee, paid to the company). To sign a lease, we require a deposit equal to one month's rent. Rent payments are due on the first of the month, and partial months are prorated for move in.
