It's also a 20+ minute walk to Ithaca College, and a 7 minute walk to the downtown Ithaca Commons (restaurants, bars, shops, movie theater, etc)

This Amazing Fully Furnished Gorge Apartment is $1,425/month + $33/person/month for water + $80 annual recycling pickup fee. Rent includes heat, electricity and wifi.
Lease Terms: Lease starts September 1, 2025, until August 26, 2026 with a possibility of moving in early. 12 month lease.
Security deposit, first month's rent, and recycling fee are due upon lease signing.
This house has one of the best backyards in Ithaca. The view of the gorge, trees and Six Mile Creek is spectacular. It is a space for quiet people. It is not a party house, and quiet hours are 10pm-10am.

Many hiking and running trails are super close!
The rent includes all utilities except water. The renter is responsible for removing their own trash (city picks up weekly with trash tags) and recycling (city picks up every other week).
Beautiful natural area and (unofficial) swimming hole are right behind the house, so you can walk there in a couple minutes. The stunning waterfall at First Dam, walk through the forest in Mullholland Wildflower Preserve and the flat South Hill Recreation Trail are each a 10 minute walk away.
