Lease Takeover Spring 2025 – 2.5 bedroom apartment between Collegetown and Commons ($1880.00) We are moving out and need someone to take over our lease from mid-December 2024 (flexible!) to July 2025. The apartment is quite luminous and spacious. It is perfectly located in a 10 min walk to the Commons and to Cornell, and a 5 min walk to Collegetown. One block away from the bus stop that goes to Cornell and 5-10 minutes walk from all of the other major bus stops. Apartment is already furnished, but the pictures are displaying some furniture on our own (king bed, curtains, kitchen items) that we will be selling. - 2.5 Bedroom Apartment: two large bedrooms, with great spacious closets, and one smaller room that we use as a storage, but that can be converted to a bedroom - Kitchen with full size fridge, spacious cupboards -1 bathroom with shower and tub -Large living room space -Porch -Laundry unit in the building next door. - Pets not allowed. - Parking negotiable with the landlord. - Water and heat are included, tenant pays for energy and internet. Rent is $1930 but has a $50 discount if paid by the 5th day of the month (total $1880). I believe that a security deposit will be requested with a trash removing fee upon signing the agreement. Landlord is accessible and very helpful! We have stayed here for about a year now and would definitely stay longer if we were not moving out.
