This is a 3/2 whole house on a dead-end street located on South Hill Recreation trail which has several miles of walking and biking trails. There is a bus stop at the corner. It is 1/2 mile from the Coddington Rd entrance of IC and less 1 mile from The Commons.
This is a furnished 3/2, see pictures. The sofas, mattresses and bed pillows are all new. Each bedroom has 1 set of linens, a desk and chair. The kitchen has dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, pots and pans. One bedroom is smaller than the other two so has an XL twin bed. The other 2 bedrooms each have a full-size bed. Many rooms have hardwood floors which were just refinished, (no carpeting).
This house has been in my family for 100 years, but the interior has just been completely refreshed. So, respect for the house and property is critical. No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets.
1 month security deposit and first month rent due at lease signing. Must be able to pass a credit check.
