This second floor 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 100-block of Linn Street. That puts it in a quiet neighborhood that is still close to the center of town. One block away is the Cascadilla Gorge and Trail, as well as one of the stops on the #10 bus, which heads up East Hill to Cornell frequently during the weekdays. The Commons and many restaurants are all within a five-block walk, as well. There is a screened-in back balcony overlooking a back yard shared with the downstairs neighbors. A limited amount of growing space in the backyard is also available for anyone with a green thumb. Laundry is in the basement and is also shared with the downstairs neighbors. Water/sewer, electricity, and the gas for heating, cooking, and hot water are all included in the rent. There are limited off-street parking spaces available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will furnish or remove furniture to whatever degree is necessary for each tenant.
