The apartment boasts a traditional 2 bedroom layout with a kitchen full of cabinets and storage, the bathroom has a nice size vanity and everything is brand new! The flooring, the cabinetry, the stainless steel appliances and more! Each apartment has either a patio or deck off the living room, with a beautiful view into the serene backyard. They are located in Dryden, near Dryden Lake-just a a few minutes to the Village of Dryden and a short drive to Ithaca or Cortland. There is off-street parking and trash removal is included. There are individual storage cages in the basement, that is included with each apartment and there are coin-operated washers and dryers for tenants use.
The rent is $1300/month plus all utilities. Utilities are all electric; the apartments are heated and cooled via ductless mini splits/heat pumps, a very affordable and clean form of heating/cooling. Electric average $70/month with NYSEG. We do require references, security deposit and first month's rent. One cat is considered, with an additional refundable deposit. An initial lease of 6 months is required, with a 12 month renewal option thereafter.
