The rent is $1,000/month which includes heat and hot water. Tenants are responsible for electric which averages $30/month through NYSEG, cable, internet and trash tags for weekly trash removal. Apartment offers furnishings, to include: bed, dresser, dining table & chairs, desk and chair, coffee table and loveseat. Laundry is not available on site but there are options for laundry nearby! The apartment is strictly non-smoking. There is off-street parking available, for an additional monthly fee. One cat is permitted, with an additional deposit. We cannot permit dogs at this location.
If interested in the apartment, a viewing must be scheduled and then an application will need to be completed afterwards. We require references, security deposit and first month's rent. A lease option of 10-12 months is available, we cannot offer a shorter term lease.
