This 2-bedroom apartment is on the 100-block of Linn Street, which makes for a quiet neighborhood that is still within walking distance from everywhere in downtown Ithaca. Also close by are the Cascadilla Gorge Trail and the #10 bus route, which regularly travels up East Hill to many locations around Cornell. It features a shared front porch, and a private screened-in back porch with access to a shared back lawn. There is laundry on site in the basement and this apartment has direct access to it from a set of stairs. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a full bathroom. We will furnish to whatever degree required. Water/sewer, gas, and electricity are all included in the rent.
